From 1998 to 2015, the bass position in Soilwork was occupied by Ola Flink. Flink departed the group in 2015, at which point Markus Wibom joined. Though in 2017, Wibom hasn't been playing with Soilwork live, and has been replaced by Taylor Nordberg, who plays guitar in The Absence.
Now in another twist to the saga of Soilwork's bassist, it looks like maybe Scar Symmetry bassist Andreas Holma has joined the band. As of early last week, Holma listed himself as the "Session Bassist" for Soilwork, meaning he's either in the band, or he's the live bassist as is evidenced below by his appearance with the band at Bloodstock (August 10 thru 13).
No official announcement has come from Soilwork at this time.
