Fans in Toronto last night were pissed, and likely have every right to be as Marilyn Manson cancelled his gig, seemingly at the last minute.
Manson is out on one of the biggest tours of the summer, the Twins of Evil 2 tour with Rob Zombie. So far, the shows have gone off without a hitch, but last night at 8:21pm eastern time, Manson's Twitter account announced he wouldn't be able to play the show that night.

As of this writing, there has been no update on Manson's status.
It's notable that the tweet came at 8:20, because three minutes earlier, a fan who was in attendance at the event posted video of a stage attendant letting fans know that Manson wasn't going to play. By the looks of the video, Manson's stage had already been set up for his performance, which would indicate this was a last minute decision.

Ultimately, everybody is put in an awkward position, and fans who came to see both musicians lose out on what they were promised. It seems disingenuous to offer refunds to only those who wanted to see Manson – what about those who paid to see both, shouldn't they get half their money back? Obviously, there are still people working, and people need to get paid. It's a very awkward situation for everybody to be put in.
The bands' next stop is Heavy Montreal this Sunday. As of this moment, Manson is still scheduled to perform.
