Former Fear Factory vocalist Burton C. Bell is hoping to have a pretty big 2024. In an interview with Sobre La Dosis, Bell revealed he'll be hitting the studio shortly for his first original new material since since his final effort with Fear Factory, Aggression Continuum in 2021. Though it's worth pointing out that we have heard from Bell since then in the form of a Rammstein cover.

"I will be recording two new songs in about three weeks in Los Angeles," said Bell. "I'm looking forward to doing that. One song is an original song and one song is written by Alex Crescioni from Stygian Sound out of Los Angeles. He wrote a cool track that I love.

"So I'll be doing vocals on a couple of those and making [2024] the year of [Burton C. Bell]. I'm so jazzed to get back to working. I want to plan to get back on the road touring, playing songs for fans that they all know. I'll be playing Fear Factory songs, [Ascension Of The Watchers] songs, GZR songs, City Of Fire songs, maybe a Ministry song – you know, everything I have been associated with or a part of."

As of right now, Bell has not yet announced any solo tour dates.

Bell quit Fear Factory in 2020, later saying that he has zero interest in ever rejoining. Bell would eventually clarify that leaving Fear Factory wasn't an easy decision, but also made it known that he wasn't keeping up with the band's new lineup either. As for Fear Factory, they've carried on with new vocalist Milo Silvestro.
