CHARLIE BELLMORE On Getting Fired From MANY EYES: "I'm Completely Heartbroken I'll Never Play the Songs Live Again"

It's been an interesting week for Many Eyes.

Many Eyes

Many Eyes – the band fronted by ex-Every Time I Die vocalist Keith Buckley – recently announced some extra live shows with a slightly altered lineup, namely that founding Many Eyes member Charlie Bellmore is out of the band. Bellmore has since issued a statement on his firing, saying it was surprising to say the least.

"Some time ago Keith called me and informed me I was no longer involved with Many Eyes. Does it suck? Yes, it absolutely does….. in reality what can ya do? Keep moving forward.

"With all bands you're supposed to be a team, and if you have a person that's for some reason effecting the team that person has to go unfortunately. Nobody else understood it, but that's what needed to happen in order for Many Eyes to continue so that's that.

"I hope everyone loves the album when it comes out. I truly adored writing it the entire album with my brother Nick and with Kieth, and I'm completely heartbroken I'll never play the songs live again. A lot more songs coming from me soon."

Who is in Many Eyes?

The recording lineup for Many Eyes is Buckley alongside multi-instrumentalists Nick Bellmore and Charlie Bellmore. Buckley has since announced the departure Charlie Bellmore, who will be replaced by bassist Sean Vallie of Tzarina fame live. Craig Vittori will also join the band live on guitar.
