Wear Your Wounds is a project by Converge frontman Jacob Bannon that hasn't been heard from all too much… until now. The project is set to hit the studio with Bannon, Mike “Gunface” McKenzie of The Red Chord, Adam McGrath of Cave In, Ryan Parker of Supermachiner and Alex Garcia Rivera of American Nightmare. Considering what little we've heard from the project thus far has been pretty far out there in terms of sound, this should be really interesting!
I'm not expecting the heaviest thing in the universe from what we just heard, though given McKenzie and Bannon's backgrounds as vocals it might be. Or a combination of the aforementioned spaciness and a newfound heavy? I really have no idea what to expect here.
Regardless, I'm stoked to check out the outcome of whatever happens next week!
