A few months back, we posted about the richest drummers in rock and were surprised to learn that Dave Grohl outgrossed Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich.
Well, that same site, Celebrity Net Worth composed a list of the richest frontmen in music, and guess what? Dave Grohl out-earned Metallica frontman James Hetfield and Guns N Roses has-been Axl Rose.
Dave Grohl is worth $225 million meanwhile James Hetfield rakes in $175 Million and Axl Rose is worth $150 Million. None of those hold a candle to Gene Simmons, who pulls in a cool $300 million.
What's interesting is this list claims that Bruce Dickinson is worth $115 million, meanwhile Ozzy Osbourne is "only" worth $90 million. Are you telling me with all of Ozzy's endorsement deals and TV deals he is worth less than Bruce? I'm finding that a bit hard to believe.
