Are you looking for music to spice up your drinking nights? Well look no further than Toronto's Johnny Nocash and the Celtic Outlaws. Their new video full of on the road fun and drinks for the song "The Hex" is something to get you right in the mood.
Johnny Nocash brings up the front of his team of Outlaws to create a strong mix between metal and folk. Offering up a dark, gritty sound with the high energy of folk music creates a nice contrast that's portrayed well in the video of highs and lows of being in a band. While Dugan is the vocalist and plays acoustic guitar, the outlaws feature Memphis Raines on guitar, bassist LC Jay, and Crimson Shadows drummer Cory Hofing.
The band offered up a statement saying: "Cut completely from live, candid and home video recordings; this is the fourth track from the latest EP To the Gallows released mid last year. The song's theme is based around the struggle of two conflicting personalities and the destruction of one's self while trying to understand what's right and what's wrong. Think of John Carpenter's "The Thing" but with no alien virus and your inner thoughts being the virus itself.
After recording in Michigan with thrash grass kings The Native Howl in February we're happy to say we will have a couple brand new songs and videos to release later on this year."

Keep an eye out for these guys, with new tunes coming they're a great bunch of guys and a great band who deserve the support.
