EYEHATEGOD Celebrating 25th Anniversary With a Tour; Performance On A Boat

Eyehategod, the New Orleans musical nihilists, are celebrating 25 years as a fist in the face of all that's good and pure with a brief world tour. The European leg of the tour kicked off on August 3rd in London and concludes August 20th in France. From there, the band will return to North America for only four dates. One of which is Phil Anselmo's Housecore Horror Film Festival. Below is a complete list of dates for the tour in case they're coming to a city near you.

Eyehategod – Undermining Society’s Rules Since 1998 European Tour 2013:

9/14/2013 Mojo 13 – Wilmington DE w/ Agnostic Front , Final Conflict [tickets]
9/15/2013 Rocks Off Boat Show – New York, NY w/ Final Conflict [tickets]
10/25 – 27/2013 – Housecore Horror Film Fest – Austin, TX

In case you hadn't noticed, the New York date takes place aboard a boat. So that's sort of weird. Nevertheless, I'd encourage my fellow Gothamites to drop the $40 on a ticket if you can afford it, because how many opportunities are you going to have to see Eyehategod play a show on a yacht? If you can't make it to any of these dates, here's a new track Eyehategod released earlier this year called "New Orleans Is the New Vietnam" for you to digest in anticipation for the new full-length LP the band is supposed to be working on.
