The recent interview with Ash Avildsen on Jamey Jasta's podcast is making headlines for Avildsen revealing that Periphery had left the label and also Ash's choice career advice for Misha Mansoor, which Misha kindly responded to.
But there was another newsworthy tidbit during the two hour coversation. Ash revealed the first three bands of the Summer Slaughter tour.
While Ash said they are still working on the booking, he confirmed that Between the Buried and Me will headline, and Born of Osiris and Veil of Maya are also confirmed for the tour. The rest of the bill is still being finalized.

Ash also revealed we can expect new music from Born of Osiris and After the Burial very soon. Born Of Osiris just finished up recording their new album. We haven't heard much from After the Burial, so we'll see when we can expect that.
