Congratulations are in order for former Kittie bassist, current Suicide City bassist Jenn Arroyo, who will be featured in the next season of Big Brother. This is a second year in a row that there's a metalhead on the show, with Adam Poch representing last year. Arroyo has entered the Big Brother house and has ceased all communication with the outside world for the duration of the show. Being away from friends and family might be hard for some, but it's the norm for Arroyo who has many years of touring under her belt.
When asked what she would do if she won the Big Brother reality contest, Arroyo commented that she would "head right back into the studio and record a full length album and then head out on the road with my band and tour. Start a music program to help underprivileged kids stay focused. Music has saved my life and I want to give back to what has been so good to me."
Big Brother premieres on CBS next Thursday, July 12th at 9pm eastern.
