Gojira was in the studio earlier this year and then decided that they didn't really like the new record so much, so some of the material was scrapped in favor of better material. Fortunately, the band has now re-entered the studio to knock out the new, better material to have a record out in 2016!
The above picture was taken directly from the band's Facebook, which also bears the hashtag #backtothestudio. So here's hoping everything is done by let's say, December, and then we'll maybe get a new song late winter or so? It's also good that this is Gojira we're talking about. Meaning that any chance of the new stuff being even remotely bad is pretty much moot.
