Whatever Ihsahn is teasing could be one of two things. First, and the most likely one, is that Ihsahn will release his second EP of 2020. Ihsahn recently said the EP focuses more on his progressive side and stands in stark contrast to the all-black metal Telemark EP released earlier this year.
"The plan is to then follow up this EP with its aesthetic and musical counterpart, wherein I can distill all those more progressive, experimental and mellow elements of my music," said Ihsahn. "Ultimately, it’s all a means for me to get some of those ideas out of my system, giving myself space before I delve into the next album!"
Second, and seemingly less likely, is Ihsahn has begun teasing his band with Trivium vocalist and guitarist Matt Heafy called Mrityu. That project just wrapped up vocal tracking recently, so I'd imagine it's probably not ready to go right now.
