Dave Mustaine must really love video games. Either that, or he just knows where the money is. Megadeth were one of the earliest bands to cash in on Guitar Hero, being featured as one of the hardest tracks in the first game and then eventually recording a track exclusively for a later iteration of the game, Guitar Hero: World Tour. Dave even wrote a track named after a huge game, "Gears of War" specifically for use in that game. The video game market is huge and Mustaine knows that's a great way to get his music out there.
The band has recorded another title track for a video game, "Never Dead." A description for the game reads that it "takes place in a future world where humans are battling supernatural enemies in a 'vast city landscape.'" Uh, sure why not?
