We've given the American version of Rolling Stone plenty of shit in the past, from their terrible metal lists to their shitty covers, but the Indian version of the magazine definitely knows what's up, having just put Meshuggah on the cover of their magazine's November issue.
The cover was to promote Meshuggah's performance at India's Bacardi NH7 Weekender festival later this month.
This isn't the first time a metal band has graced the cover of Rolling Stone India, earlier this year Lamb of God were the cover stars, part of A WHOLE ISSUE DEDICATED TO METAL:
AS IF THEY WEREN'T AWESOME ENOUGH, they even had a metal awards show earlier this year.
So kudos to you Rolling Stone India, maybe you can teach your American counterparts a thing or two about metal.
