Metallica's show in Hämeenlinna, Finland on July 16 drew 55,000 people. Finland is a nation of 5.5 million people, meaning that literally one percent of the entire country was at the show. For comparison, the United States is currently about 327 million people, meaning we'd have to pack 3.2 million into a stadium for that same result.

Metallica also donated 55,000 Euro to the local children's charity Hope Ry through their All Within My Hands Foundation. According to a translated version of their website, Hope Ry "works together as a volunteer for the common good. We help you to dream that children in Finland have more equal opportunities for good everyday life. We distribute tangible clothing and merchandise to the needy and families experiencing the crisis, as well as hobby and leisure activities for children and young people."
