Origin has been delivering non-bullshit death metal since 1998, and the group has only been getting better at its craft. The band has taken to Facebook to announce that it'll be working on a new, "stronger, faster" record as a followup to 2014's Omnipresent, and also makes mention that this will be the first time that two albums will have a consecutive lineup.
For those unfamiliar, that lineup is founder and vocalist Paul Ryan, drummer John Longstreth, bassist Mike Flores, and vocalist Jason Keyser.
With the completion of our most recent Conjuring the Dead 2016 US tour, we officially announce the end of the touring cycle for 2014's Omnipresent cd as we now begin work on our 7th studio album. Stronger, faster, and with the first recurring identical line up from one album to the next in the bands history. Prepare for blasts to roll, sweeps to be swept and boundaries to be pushed. We are everywhere and nowhere, lightspeed to absolute zero. We are Origin. See you in 2017. Hail Space.
Who knew Origin could get faster?
