Nita Strauss joined Alice Cooper's live band in 2014, and left in 2022 to join Demi Lovato's backing band. Cooper has now announced that Strauss is back in his band once again and classic '80s guitarist Kane Roberts appears to be out. As usual, Cooper's statement shows why he's one of the nicest dudes in the rock and metal world, while Strauss seems thrilled to be back.

"She's back!" said Cooper. "Nita asked for a leave of absence to work with someone else, something I always encourage my band members to do. I like them to challenge themselves and try new things. I'm thankful to my old friend Kane Roberts for stepping up and filling in for her, but she'll be back with us for the new tour that starts up in late April. It's going to be great to have her back."

"From the studio to the stage, it's always an immense honor to make music with Alice Cooper!!" added Strauss. "I'm very excited to be rejoining the band on the road for the 2023 dates, and so I'll see you on the road in April. Let the nightmare return!"

Catch Cooper with Strauss at one of the dates below. Cooper with Strauss were also working together on new music in 2022, which seems like will be back on now that they're together again?
