Is FORBIDDEN Teasing A Reunion?

Are the California thrash legends making a comeback?

Forbidden Band

California thrash act Forbidden may be teasing a reunion. While nobody in the band has explicitly stated anything, Forbidden has all of a sudden launched an Instagram and has begun posting their logo letter by letter. Check that out here and get stoked, because one of the originators of thrash might be coming back!

Forbidden formed in 1985 under the name Forbidden Evil, changed their name in 1987, and broke up in 1997. Forbidden eventually reformed in 2007 and broke up again in 2012. Forbidden has had some pretty big names within their ranks over the years including former Slayer drummer Paul Bostaph, the eternally-present Gene Hoglan, and former Testament and Nevermore guitarist Steve Smyth.

Forbidden's final lineup in 2012 included guitarists Smyth and Craig Locicero, bassist Matt Camacho, drummer Sasha Horn (Exhorder, ex-Novembers Doom), and vocalist Russ Anderson.
