THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN's BEN WEINMAN Teaches You How To Make A Living Off Insane Music

The Business Of Uncompromising Art is out now.

The Dillinger Escape Plan was wildly successful despite sounding like, in guitarist Ben Weinman's own words, "music that sounds like garbage cans falling down stairs to most people." Weinman is looking to teach you to do the same with his new course The Business Of Uncompromising Art over on Soundfly. Check it out here.

"This course isn't for everyone," reads a segment of the course's description. "If you're just out to make money, there may be other more efficient approaches. But if you're hoping to turn your art into a fulfilling, sustainable, lifelong career, well, Ben's been there and done that and has thousands of miles of well-trodden experience to share."

As far as a Dillinger Escape Plan reunion goes, don't hold your breath. Weinman silenced rumors of a potential Furnace Fest reunion late last year, saying the band has had "no discussions of a reunion at this time."

"I am so glad to see people so excited to talk Dillinger. Really heartwarming. But I can officially confirm that Dillinger Escape Plan will not be playing Furnace Fest. There has been no discussions of a reunion at this time. Apparently, Billy had a dream that we were playing and this was the setlist. He must have eaten before bed again. I told him not to do that."
