The Hudson Horror is one of those bands that I'm just going to keep pushing until people start to give a shit because they're worth giving a shit about. This time around, we've got an exclusive stream of the band's upcoming Ruiner EP, which is five tracks of unrelenting, melodically-conscious death metal.
The EP strikes me as a heavy one that's for fans tired of things that are brutal for the sake of brutality and nothing more, and for that reason alone (among many others) Ruiner is worth a listen through. The EP also features guitarist Charles Geiser (ex-Carcinogen) and drummer Alex Cohen (Malignancy, Imperial Triumphant) for the first time, as well as artwork by Misanthropic Art.
