Soundwave Festival has been getting a lot of press in the last few weeks with all the Dave Mustaine and Jason Newsted drama. The tour kicked off late last week, and the opening band of the tour, Thy Art Is Murder managed to get themselves in a bit of trouble and get kicked off the fest after the first performance of the event!
The trouble came when the band encouraged fans to rush the stage and to "smash" security if needbe to get up there. Of course there is a lot of footage:

Not unexpectedly, the promoter of the tour was quite upset and immediately kicked the band off the remaining dates. Promoter AJ Maddah let them back on the tour with the condition that “there are no further displays of gross stupidity.” Thy Art issued an immediate apology as well:
I guess alls well that ends well. It could've been worse, somebody could've gotten serious injured.
