The upcoming 107.9 KBPI Birthday Bash is shaping up to be a blast, with In This Moment, Ice Nine Kills, Motionless In White, plus Black Veil Brides and Cherry Bombs all being announced as performers. Going down on August 30 at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO, tickets for this jam go sale June 3. In This Moment recently wrapped a leg of touring with Bad Omens & DED, after coming off a long stretch of dates with Slipknot and Wage War. Meanwhile, Ice Nine Kills have recently announced their own band-curated horror convention on August 28—just two days before the KBPI Birthday Bash—in their home state of Massachusetts, which is already boasting some decent guests in the likes of Skeet Ulrich (Scream) and Nick Castle, the original actor to portray Michael Myers in John Carpenter’s first Halloween film.
As for Motionless In White, they just dropped a new streaming single, "Slaughterhouse," featuring Knocked Loose vocalist Bryan Garris. It’s a super-goth jam doused in hardcore sauce, and will featured on the band’s new album, Scoring The End Of The World, which will be available June 10.
