The biggest tour of the summer will have to wait one more year. Motley Crue has announced that their big summer reunion tour with Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett will be pushed back one more year to summer 2022.
The statement, posted to social media reads "To all our loyal fans, we wanted to let you know that we learned today that the tour is getting moved to 2022.
"This is the only way to ensure that we can play ALL of the dates for ALL of you who have purchased tickets. We appreciate you hanging in there and can’t wait to get back on stage and bring 'The Stadium Tour' to all of our fans.
"It is going to be one for the history books!"
In a report for Billboard, it was revealed that the tour has already grossed $130 million from one million tickets sold, and an additional $5 million in VIP sales.
The new dates have yet to be announced, but fans can hold them and they will be valid at the rescheduled dates.
