Between October 2015 and May 2016, Protest The Hero released its Pacific Myth EP track by track to its Bandcamp subscribers. If you weren't a part of that subscription service, there was no other (legal) way to obtain the release. The band said that it will release the EP physically and digitally at some point, though that point has not yet come. As a bit of trivia, the EP is also the first release from Protest The Hero to feature bassist Cam McLellan and drummer Mike Ieradi.
So where's Pacific Myth? According to the band, it'll be out "fucking soon."
The good news is that "fucking soon" has to be between now and December, considering the band just announced a handful of Canadian dates (below) with A Wilhelm Scream, Auras, and Cyclamen. The band says Pacific Myth will be coming out "officially right before the tour," so start saving what little money music costs these days for December!
Get the dates below, and then scroll all the way down and check out A Wilhelm Scream, because they're by far one of my favorite bands of all time and everyone needs to hear them.
