Whoa! Talk about an awesome tour announcement. Testament, who have been hard at work on a follow up to Dark Roots of Earth, will be taking a break from the studio this spring to hit the road for what they're calling  the Dark Roots of Thrash II tour. The band promise that their set will be comprised solely of material from their first three records, 1987's debut The Legacy, 1988's The New Order, and 1989's Practice What You Preach.
That's enough to make the bill worth attending, but to top it all off, fellow Bay Area thrashers Exodus will be joining Testament on the trek as will Texas' Shattered Sun.
