It's been four years since Alterbeast will have released a new album in 2018, but the wait is just about over. Now equipped with Flub vocalist Michael Alvarez and Wastewalker guitarist Nate Graham, Alterbeast has announced its new album Feast to be out on February 23. Better yet, the album will also feature Trivium drummer Alex Bent! Basically between the last album and this one, the only constant is founding guitarist Andrew Lamb.
I’ve never been more proud of a record then I am with Feast. We poured our hearts, souls, hate, and malice into this album, and I think it really shows. With the addition of Michael’s ‘take no prisoners’ vocals, and Alex Bent‘s ‘Beast-Mode’ style drumming; Feast is hands down our best album yet, and it will remind everyone that Wolftang Clan ain’t nothin’ to fuck with.
Alterbeast recorded the album with Zack Ohren (Immolation, Fallujah) at Sharkbite Studios in Oakland, CA. The album will also feature a cover of "Where Dead Angels Lie" by Dissection, which should be pretty cool.
