The time for the new Avenged Sevenfold album draws near! Or at least that's what this postcard is suggesting. One fan took to Twitter to post a postcard they received with a piece of merch (which you can see in the background) that showcases the band's name and an hourglass on the front, and then "2023" next to a vase of flowers on the back.
Considering we're all waiting for Avenged Sevenfold to announce their record and touring plans, it seems like that time is getting very close! All we know so far is that the new record was mixed by Andy Wallace (Slayer, Sepultura, Faith No More), who has mixed every Avenged Sevenfold record since City Of Evil in 2005.
The new album features a 78-piece orchestra, which Wackerman noted in a previous photo has helped make the new record is "unlike anything we've ever released."
"Well… this Happened on Tuesday. We-Avenged Sevenfold– started writing this record 4 years ago and I can't believe we are 90% done…One of the perks-in the creative process- is that we are able to track a 78 piece orchestra on our records," said Wackerman. "The fact that we are able to bring incredible musicians together to enhance our art still gives me chills.. I can't wait for the the world to hear this.. all I can say it's unlike Anything we've ever released.. ALRIGHT and good night! Photo by @rafacore"
