Pennsylvania's Black Crown Initiate made one hell of a splash in the metal community with their 2013 debut EP Song of the Crippled Bull, and just like that all eyes were on the group. Fast forward to 2014 where the band signed with eOne Music, started recording their first full length and even started killing it with some seriously heavy live shows. What could be better? Well, how about getting said full length on September 30?!
The album will be called The Wreckage of Stars and, if you happen to be a Canadian reading this, you might be able to catch the band jamming on some of the new stuff on the Canada version of Summer Slaughter! The band recorded the record at Atrium Audio, where bands like August Burns Red and fellow Pennsylvania metal titans Rivers of Nihil recorded records, and worked with producer Carson Slovak.
