This is pretty sweet. Looks like in 2011, Cavalera Conspiracy will return in full force. The band has just announced the title for their sophomore LP, Blunt Force Trauma. The album will drop some time in March 2011. Those expecting Gojira frontman Joe Duplantier to return for bass duties will be disappointed, as it seems he is too tied up with his own projects. The band has listed Fireball Ministry's Johnny Chow as their permeant bassist.
I got to say, I'm pretty pumped for this. I really enjoyed their 2008 debut, Inflikted and am looking forward to hearing the new material. If we can't get a Sepultura reunion, this is pretty much as close as we are going to get. And I can accept that!
