Devin Townsend is working on wrapping up his long-awaited new album Lightwork. Townsend said he's currently mixing the record, which he describes as "Clean, powerful and snowy. With some orange bits." In a previous Instagram post, Townsend also revealed Lightwork is being produced by Garth "GGGarth" Richardson (Melvins, Testament) and mixed by Joe Barresi (Alice In Chains, Tool, Fates Warning, etc.).
Devin Townsend will also make his return to the Royal Albert Hall in London on April 16 and 17 for two sets billed as The Greatest Sets Of My Life: My Favourites, Your Favourites & A Bunch Of Hardly Played Songs… The shows will be opened by Vola on April 16 and Leprous on April 17.
