Intronaut, creators of possibly the heaviest riff ever, are heading into the studio to record a new album. The band has been writing since the summer and are finally ready to lay down some tracks. Drummer Danny Walker posted on his personal Facebook page that he will begin tracking today at Trench Studios in LA. This gets me very excited. While it hasn't been too long since we've got new Intronaut, the band released Valley of Smoke in 2010, but I'm ready for new music from the prog-metal masters. To keep our appetites satisfied, the band posted this teaser of them jamming new material:
