Hey! Did you know that Meshuggah is in the studio? The band teased earlier in the month that it was recording a new album, or so we had assume so given the microphone and drum photo the band posted.
Now we're got some fairly concrete evidence that the band is in the studio, thanks to this 26-second video of ridiculously heavy guitar tone. Seriously, is Meshuggah trying to be a Sunn O)))-influenced band on the new album? Not that that would be a bad thing… actually, yeah. Can we get Meshuggah's take on Black One?
Anyway, new Meshuggah is coming and it's gonna wipe your face clean off your skull.
