Back in December, Pallbearer said it would likely be releasing a new album called Heartless sometime around March 2017. That prediction was dead on, as Pallbearer has officially announced Heartless to be out on March 24 via Profound Lore Records in North America, and Nuclear Blast in UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
According to the announcement, the album "weaves together the spacious exploratory elements of classic prog, the raw anthemics of 90’s alt-rock, and stretches of black-lit proto-metal," and was tracked in analog at Fellowship Sound Studios in Little Rock. Heartless was mixed by producer Joe Barresi (Tool, Queens Of The Stone Age, Melvins, Soundgarden), and the gloriously old school artwork was done by Michael Lierly.
Now we await new music!
