It feels like forever since Protest The Hero has put out any new music, right? The band's EP Pacific Myth was released song by song in 2015 and 2016, and the last proper Protest The Hero full length we got was 2013's Volition. So of course it's really exciting that the band is officially in the studio knocking out a new one right now. Protest The Hero doesn't officially have a bassist right now, but Eric Gonsalves has been filling in all throughout 2017 live with the band.
Though this really shouldn't be a shock to anyone. When the band announced its Fortress 10 Year Anniversary Tour, one of the VIP perks was that you'd get the album when it came out later in 2018. Unless you didn't read that story, in which case surprise! New Protest The Hero!
