TOOL Announces Opiate2 EP Featuring A New Rendition Of A Classic

Tool has been playing an extended version of "Opiate" live for a while now, and they've finally laid it down in the studio!

The band will release their new EP Opiate2 on March 1 (with the Blu-ray only visual companion available on March 18) featuring a a re-imagined and extended version of the EP's title track and an accompanying short film. Visual artist Dominic Hailstone (Alien: Covenant, The Eel) worked with guitarist Adam Jones on the 10-plus minute film, which is the band's first new video in 15 years.
