Remember when Nine Inch Nails released a new song named "Dive And Slam" in September of this year? No? That's because it never happened, despite the fact we all totally thought it would. Now that Trent Reznor is knee deep in movie soundtrack land with Atticus Ross, the likelihood of a new album being recorded anytime soon doesn't seem very good… but what if it was already done?
Reddit user dersloth posted the below screenshot to the site, where Reznor says on Instagram that "2016 is not over yet." This statement being in reference to a question about whether or not new Nine Inch Nails material was coming out in 2016.
I found the Instagram post referenced, so yes – Reznor actually said this. Holy shit, is there really Nine Inch nails material coming our way soon?
