Funk Turkey is carving a place for themselves on Youtube with unique videos. They feed lyrics into A.I. to generate a new song based on past lyric patterns. They've done a great job with Metallica and AC/DC and today take on Iron Maiden with "Gravy Power"
Turkey explains "Using lyrics.rip to scrape the Genius Lyrics Database, I made a Markov Chain write Iron Maiden lyrics. This is the end result – 'Power Gravy.'"
"All music and vocals were performed, mixed, and mastered by me. In my kitchen, on a white Epiphone Flying V, a crappy mic, and an old copy of ProTools."
"Bruce Dickinson is very hard to emulate/impersonate," he continues. "So I just did the best I could and hope it's not awful. That man has golden pipes. It sounds like a South Park parody, but then again, it is a parody, so… uhhhh… don't take it too seriously."
