Abbath is back with a brand new record called Dread Reaver due out on March 25, his first in three years. Abbath is streaming the galloping debut single "Dream Cull" right now alongside a video directed by Francisco Munoz. The single also has some blackened Motörhead vibes, which is a really cool touch on top of Abbath's usual heaviness.
Dread Reaver is 10 tracks long and includes a cover of Metallica's classic "Trapped Under Ice" midway through its runtime. Dread Reaver was produced by Endre Kirkesola, Abbath, and Dag Erik Nygaard; mixed by Abbath and Kirkesola; and mastered by Maor Appelbaum (Faith No More, Rob Halford).
