North Carolina’s dark jangle riff-rockers ASG are back with a new EP and video for the EP’s title track, “Pyramid Wheels.” You can watch the video above, and you can also listen to the currently digital-only EP, Pyramid Wheels, here.
ASG deliver the goods with their fiery brand of heavy rock that’s so multifaceted it can’t be categorized as Sabbathian straight-away, and too squirmy and anxious to sit alongside current stone-drone torchbearers such as All Them Witches, Stoned Jesus, or Somali Yacht Club. Instead, with hints of punk and Southern Gothic, ASG put forth something uniquely their own in spirit and sound.
This month, ASG begin their Summer 2022 tour, including appearances at Hellfest and Black Deer Festival in June, and Psycho Las Vegas in August.
