Avenged Sevenfold continues to expand its latest album The Stage with a cover of The Beach Boys 1966 classic "God Only Knows," off its monstrous Pet Sounds album. The Avenged Sevenfold cover is pretty cool because the group doesn't try to directly mimic Brian Wilson and company, but instead makes the song its own.
This cover joins the ranks of previous The Stage expansion songs, such as the cover of "Malagueña Salerosa," a cover of Mr. Bungle's "Retrovertigo," a new song "Dose," and a cover of Del Shannon's "Runaway."
