For the fourth year in a row, our friends at MetalSucks have teamed up with Converse to offer unsigned metal bands an opportunity to record for free at the state-of-the-art Converse Rubber Tracks recording studios in Brooklyn — with acclaimed producer Will Putney (The Acacia Strain, Suicide Silence, Exhumed).
This year, Metal Injection's Frank Godla focused on the story of one winning band named Clover from Kingston, NY, to document the band's small town surroundings and experience with producer Will Putney at Converse Rubber Tracks.
This is the story of Clover's song "Aurora" which you can find at MetalSucks now.
