Whatever you want to call Pasadena based metal band Hexicon, I mean other than friggen awesome! Their latest single, "Black Rainbow" veers dynamically from heavy doom to intense thrash with understated interludes and progressive rhythms. In short, you will not be bored at any during this odyssey of sound. If you happen to have a soundtrack for your journey through an apocalyptic wasteland, make sure this is on it.
