If your breakdowns suck, you might want to consult David Wu. Wu's above video gives you a small example of why your breakdowns are complete and total garbage, but his further reasons range from "it goes on for way too long" to "your song seriously doesn't need a breakdown."
Of course, it's better if Wu just tells you himself.
