Inter Arma is now streaming the live version of their track "Destroyer" and it's a full-on psychedelic freakout. The recording took place at Avondale Music Hall in Chicago on November 11, 2023 and features crucial guest spots from Bruce Lamont (Yakuza, Bloodiest, etc.) on saxophone and Jon Liedtke (Lost Tribes Of The Moon) on theremin. The audio for the video was recorded by Justin Ennis, and mixed and mastered by Joel Moore. The video was recorded and edited by Joel Moore.
"If you are familiar with Bruce Lamont or our resident alien Jon Liedtke, then you already know they are both psychedelic weirdos in the best possible way," said Inter Arma bassist Joel Moore. "So when they came out to guest at our Chicago show on the Full Of Hell tour, we thought it would be a good opportunity to break out 'Destroyer' for a full-on freak out. Thankfully, we captured the audio/video for the show and were able to make this: a melange of live performances, experiences from the road, and the influence of drugs and alcohol. We hope you like it. More stuff is coming soon."
Keep an eye out for the return of Inter Arma throughout this year. The band just booked their first show of the year at Roadburn 2024, and has their first new record since 2019 coming (hopefully) soon.
