Leprous' music is generally foreboding and contemplative, though its new track "Stuck" has an almost upbeat bluesy rock sort of vibe to it. Not that that's a bad thing. They absolutely make it work and the song is really catchy! You can check out the radio edit above, which clocks in at around 4:30, as opposed to the album version which is 6:48.
