Man The Mute, the new project from Ministry guitarist Cesar Soto, is now streaming its debut single "Blotter". The single is equal parts grungy riffs and some really heavy atmospheric stuff, making for an end result that demands to be listened to a few times.
The music video for "Blotter" was directed by Vicente Cordero, and the song was mastered by Maor Applebaum (Candlemass, Mayhem, Sabaton).
