The cover features vocalist Jeremy Bolm (Touché Amoré, Hesitation Wounds), guitarists Wade MacNeil (Alexisonfire, Gallows) and Jordan "Gwarsenio Hall" Olds, bassist Hunter Burgan (AFI), drummer Daniel Tracy (Deafheaven).
