The Game Awards 2016 saw a performance of Doom's ridiculously heavy soundtrack by its own composer, Mick Gordon. Gordon, armed with his 8 string guitar, tore the stage up with the help of Periphery drummer Matt Halpern, who naturally obliterated the whole set like it was nothing.
Seriously, this needs to happen more often. Doom tour, anyone?
