Hey, we finally have all the details for the new Voivod album! The new album The Wake will be out on September 21 and you can check out the new song "Obsolete Beings" above. The album will be preceded by a 7" for the title track due out on August 31. The b-side to the 7" is a live rendition of "Order of The Blackguards" from 1987's Killing Technology.
Oh, and the U.S. CD edition of The Wake will include a second disc. That disc will have both Voivod's 2016 EP Post-Society on it, as well as a six-song live album called Live at 70000 Tons Of Metal Cruise 2018.
