SLIPKNOT Are Now Playable Characters In Smite Video Game

Out this month.

Slipknot Video Game

Slipknot is really getting themselves out there in the digital realm lately. The band recently announced a partnership with The Sandbox for their brand new Web3 Knotverse venture, and now they've teamed up with Titan Forge Games to become playable characters in the Smite game. All nine band members are available in the game as of today, and you can check out a trailer for it below.

Slipknot will hit the road with Cypress Hill and Ho99o9 later this month. Slipknot is also currently working on mixing their new record, which DJ Sid Wilson recently revealed features samples of outer space. Drummer Jay Weinberg also recently spoke at length about the new record, saying it features "the heaviest blues song on earth" and a lot of new experimentation within the band's sound.
